We take a scenic drive to Llandudno arriving at the Tynedale hotel on the Promenade for a 2 course lunch. This has been a very popular venue in the past

Mains

1. Roast loin of pork stuffed with plums apricots and pink peppercorns {gluten free} served with crispy crackling in a light natural jus

2. Pan seared breast of chicken served with a smoky bacon mushroom and creme fraiche sauce

3.Baked cod with smoked paprika {gluten free} served on a bed of roasted sweet peppers and a sherry reduction

4Sauteed wild mushroom and shallot potato cake {gluten free} served with whipped potatoes,roast potatoes with sea salt and rosemary,glazed carrots and green beans

Desserts

a. Warmed apple pie with custard or cream

b. Creme brulee withsugared strawberries {gluten free}

c. Eton mess, crushed meringue and peaches {gluten free}

d.Selection of ice creams - vanilla chocolate and strawberry

Tea/coffee

After the meal there will be free time of approximately 2 -3 hours when you can remain in the hotel's lounges, explore the town or go for a walk along the promenade
