Monthly Meeting 14 October 2025

At our monthly meeting on Tuesday 14 October 2025 our speaker is Sheila Antrobus with her subject of ‘Don’t Chuck It, Check It’.  Sheila will do a brief introduction about her topic and then base her talk on items brought in by members. 

So she can do this you are invited to bring along an item you feel you would like Sheila to value and briefly discuss.   We are of course limited with time but Sheila will get through as many as possible.

Update 7 October:

Hope this email finds you well and not suffering from the lurgy that appears to be going round at the moment. 

Our meeting next week on the 14th of October sounds to be very good with Sheila Antrobus where she advises us "Don't Chuck it Check it!" She invites us to bring items in for evaluation from the pre 1990's. I better keep away as she might be doing a stock check!!

Doors open at the usual time of 0945am where you can get yourself a brew and a bicky. Mingle with the leaders and be ready for the talk at 10.30am.

We might need to bring the smelling salts in case someone receives a surprise evaluation!! First Aider's stand by!!!
